3. How to complete the KYC verification

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the BingX official website. Next, click "Identity Verification".

Step 2: Click "Individual Verification", select the issuing country/region of your document and choose your type of document.

Step 3: Upload the required document photos and submit a picture of yourself holding your document. Click "Next" and follow the instructions to complete your KYC verification.

Note: Kindly ensure that the information on the document you're holding matches the uploaded document. All photos should be bright and clear, with all corners of the documents visible.

 

App

Step 1: Log in to your BingX account, and click on the avatar icon in the top left corner of the BingX app. Next, click "Verification".

Step 2: Look for "Individual Verification" and click "Verify Now" below. Simply take photos of your document and a selfie to complete your KYC verification. Then, click "Continue".

Step 3: Select the issuing country and your document type. Then, authorize BingX to access your phone camera to take a photo of your document. Submit a selfie with you holding your document.

The KYC application will take one working day to process if your submission is complete and accurate. If your application is denied, please check the error and resubmit your KYC verification, or contact our online support for more details.
