Introduction to Spot Token Voucher
Spot Token Vouchers represent real assets and are categorized into two types: regular token vouchers and conditional token vouchers.
Regular token vouchers can be used to get tokens instantly without any restrictions, whereas conditional token vouchers can only be used after completing the task specified on the voucher. Upon using any type of Spot token voucher, the tokens will be credited to your Fund Account where you can use it for Spot Trading, withdrawal, transfer and more.
Please note that Spot token vouchers come with an expiration date. Kindly ensure they are used within their validity period, or the token voucher will expire and become invalid.

Viewing Spot Token Vouchers on the BingX App
Spot Token Voucher is a new type of voucher launched by BingX, which is not supported in the older app versions. Ensure that your app is updated to version 4.11.0 or higher to use it.

Validity of Spot Token Vouchers
There are two scenarios to consider:
1. Once the regular token vouchers or conditional token vouchers are redeemed and credited to the Fund Account, the corresponding asset from the token voucher will not expire.
2. Token vouchers that are not redeemed within their validity period, or those that were unredeemed due to unfinished tasks, will expire and become invalid.

Guide to Using Spot Token Vouchers
1. Regular Token Vouchers
(1) Log in to the BingX app and tap your avatar to access the sidebar. Then, tap "Vouchers" to view more. (For web access, visit the "My Vouchers" page and follow the steps below to redeem your token voucher.)

(2) Tap the "Use" button on the Spot token voucher and follow the instructions to redeem the voucher.

(3) Visit your Fund Account to confirm the receipt of the token voucher.

2. Conditional Token Voucher
(1) Log in to the BingX app and tap your avatar to access the sidebar. Then, tap "Vouchers" to view more. (For web access, visit the "My Vouchers" page and follow the steps below to redeem your token voucher.)

(2) Click the "Activate" button and complete the task specified on the token voucher.

(3) After completing the tasks, return to My Vouchers, tap the "Use" button on the token voucher and follow the instructions to redeem the voucher.

(4) Visit your Fund Account to confirm the receipt of the token voucher.
